Well, itÂ’s Christmas time pretty baby
And the snow is fallinÂ’ on the ground (Christmas, Christmas)
Well, itÂ’s Christmas time pretty baby
And the snow is on the ground (Christmas, Christmas)
Well, you be a real good little girl
Santa Claus is back in town. (Christmas, Christmas)
Got no sleigh with reindeer, no sack on my back
YouÂ’re gonna see me cominÂ’ in a big black Cadillac
Whoa oh itÂ’s Christmas time pretty baby
And the snow is fallinÂ’ on the ground (Christmas, Christmas)
Well, you be a real good little baby
Santa Claus is back in town.
(Christmas, Christmas. Christmas)
Hang up your pretty stockings, turn off the light
Santa Claus is cominÂ’ down your chimney tonight
Whoa oh oh oh itÂ’s Christmas time pretty baby (Christmas)
And the snow is fallinÂ’ on the ground
(Christmas, wah wah wah wah wah Christmas)
Well, you be a real good little baby
Santa Claus is back in town. (Christmas, Christmas. Christmas)

This is such a very spectacular, overlooked and underrated song. It's definitely a true masterpiece. I love the entire "Elvis Is Back" album so very much. It's easily one of the very greatest albums ever. Elvis has done more for the music industry and entertainment industry than anyone ever will. Elvis was and will always be a true one of a kind. This video was absolutely perfect in every way, 10 Stars as always Jackie.

Sometimes brown,
Sometimes blue,
But ever so gentle , those eyes,
Are you.. Elvis one
or Elvis Two
You had a twin, did'nt you?
Only wish , this was true,,
One may be living
The other 's in Heaven...
This I am sure.. so here's to you !
Beautiful angels.. both of you.

Written by Bennie Benjamin, Raymond Leveen, and Lou Singer. Elvis recorded it on April 4, 1960 at RCAs Nashville Studios after his release from the Army. It was the first recording on which Charlie Hodge sang duet. It is available on Elvis is Back and From Nashville to Memphis-The Essential 60s Masters, which is where this version is from.
